Updated kitchen includes necessities as well as commercial gas range, new stainless steel refrigerator with water and ice, single serve coffee maker, blender, tea pot, grill tools, large dining room table, and eat in bar. Enjoy spectacular water views from the open floor plan common areas, master bedroom with new luxury king, and queen bedroom. All new furniture and finishes, air conditioned home. Washer and dryer, all linens, beach towels, and 2 smart TVs available for use. Expansive decks with picnic table, propane grill, and plenty of gathering spaces. Bedrooms include: 1 with king bed, 1 with queen bed, and one with 2 full beds and twin bunks. Two bathrooms, one with tub shower combo. Newly built, convenient stair access to the beach, over beautiful stone sea wall. Bring your bikes for rides up Lakeshore drive, or enjoy nightly beach walks with Lake Michigan sunsets. Less than a mile walk to Oval Beach. Short drive or bike to downtown Douglas and Saugatuck. Walk to the Root beer Barrel for lunch. Two parking spots provided and strictly enforced. No pets permitted.
